Site feasibility

Our experts will discuss your specific site for your project size, location options, setbacks, proper drainage, and any other items related to installing your unit.

Design & Permitting

Now the fun begins! Our designers will assist you in making a manageable number of decisions that will be used to customize and personalize your UNIT.

Off Site Fabrication & Site Preparation

In parallel, we will be producing your structure off site at our factory and getting your site prepped and ready to accept your new UNIT in the coming weeks.

Assembly

The fun part! We will deliver everything from your framing and wall panels to your flooring and finishes right to your site!

Then watch our team assemble your unit. In a matter of weeks the jobsite will go from an empty foundation to a completes structure.

Finish Package

Your UNIT’S personality will start to show through as we apply all the finishing touches you chose with you project manager.

Time to Sign
Design contract is is presented for review & Signatures.
1 Week
Design
Client & design director work together to design your work perfect UNIT.
3 Weeks
Review 3D design and VR Walkthrough
Client & Design director first review of 3D Renderings and plans are finalized and approved.
6 Weeks
Submit Permits
First round of permits submitted for approval.
1 Weeks
Finishes Touches
Client reviews & signs off on all final details before last change order.
1 Weeks
Time to sign
Manufacturing Contract is presented for review & signatures.
1 Weeks
Crew Intro
Project Manager Introduces Client to GC/Site Manager & Other Key Crew Members.
3 Weeks
Permit Issued
Permits are issued after final clearances.
2 Weeks
Break Ground
Crew performs site re- compaction, demolition, & trenches utilities.
1 Week
Assembly
Watch as the crew assembles your unit!
(1-2 Weeks Depending on finishes)
Punch List
Final walkthrough with Senior Project Manager to go over final touch-ups prior to move in.

Move in Day!
Final inspection & punch list complete.
